Photography is my outlet, my way of understanding the world and myself moving through that world
I love landscapes at their purest form and in their manipulated form. It’s hard not to take landscape images of the world around me but what I really love is blending those landscapes into imagination. That is how Imaginary Landscapes became my passion. Taking bits and pieces of my whole life and creating beautiful landscapes that only exist in dreams.
Creating layers and manipulating these landscapes is like looking at a finger print or rings of an old tree, sometimes it’s like I flipped an iceberg upside down. There is some much of this world we don’t understand and even more of it that will never get to see. But every once in awhile I get to create something beyond this world with parts of it that I have gotten to experience.
